Care Plus

More time, faster answers and a quarterly checkup

Care Plus is for sites that need regular hands-on work. It includes everything in Care, with three hours of my time each month instead of one. It covers up to three WordPress sites on the same hosting account.

What's included

Everything in Care. The full Monitoring Bundle, broken link and sitemap monitoring, PHP watch, Search Console triage, a monthly report, and one malware cleanup a year for each site on the plan, for new infections.

Three hours of my time each month. Use them for edits, fixes and small updates.

Same-day response on business days.

A quarterly health check. Every three months I review page speed, look for broken links and clean out unused plugins and themes. The check itself does not use your hours. Fixes it turns up use your hours or get a quote.

Malware cleanup covers new infections only

The free cleanup covers infections that show up after your plan starts. I check your site during the first month. If the site is already infected when you sign up, it gets the $395 WordPress Malware Cleanup first, and then your plan begins.

How the hours work

I track time in 15-minute blocks. Unused hours do not roll over and have no cash value. Calls and training count toward your hours. The monthly report, the Monitoring Bundle work, malware cleanup, the quarterly health check and Search Console triage do not. If you need more time in a month, extra hours are $65 an hour. Any single task bigger than your monthly three hours is a project, and I quote it separately.

What's not included

Redesigns, new features and new page templates. Divi migrations and major version upgrades, which I sell as fixed-price projects. Google Business Profile work, SEO campaigns and content writing. Hosting moves and email setup. Third-party costs such as premium plugin licenses, hosting fees and domain renewals.

The plan keeps your site running and tweaks what is already there. Anything new gets its own quote.

Terms

Choose 1, 2 or 3 sites when you order: $239 a month for one site, $274 for two, or $309 for three. All sites on the plan share the same three hours each month. Every site on the same hosting account needs to be covered, because an unprotected site can reinfect a covered one. For four or more sites, contact me.

Billed monthly and paid up front. Month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Work happens during business hours, Mountain Time.
