Your WordPress site, looked after every month

Care is for business owners who want someone watching their site and handling the small stuff, without a separate invoice for every change. It covers up to three WordPress sites on the same hosting account.

What's included

The full Monitoring Bundle. Off-site backups, firewall protection and malware scanning, updates with a backup taken first, and uptime monitoring, all managed by me through WP Remote.

One hour of my time each month. Use it for edits, fixes and small updates.

One malware cleanup a year. If your site picks up a new infection while you are on Care, I clean it at no charge, once in any 12 months for each site on the plan.

Broken link and sitemap monitoring. I watch for links that stop working and for problems with the sitemap Google reads.

PHP watch. I keep an eye on the PHP version your site runs on and let you know when it needs attention.

Search Console triage. I read the Google Search Console messages about your site and sort out which ones need action. For this, you add me as a user in Search Console.

A monthly report. Updates, backups, uptime, security events, Search Console and the hours used that month.

Next-business-day response.

Malware cleanup covers new infections only

The free cleanup covers infections that show up after your plan starts. I check your site during the first month. If the site is already infected when you sign up, it gets the $395 WordPress Malware Cleanup first, and then your plan begins.

How the hours work

I track time in 15-minute blocks. Unused hours do not roll over and have no cash value. Calls and training count toward your hours. The monthly report, the Monitoring Bundle work, malware cleanup and Search Console triage do not. If you need more time in a month, extra hours are $70 an hour. Any single task bigger than your monthly hour is a project, and I quote it separately.

What's not included

Redesigns, new features and new page templates. Divi migrations and major version upgrades, which I sell as fixed-price projects. Google Business Profile work, SEO campaigns and content writing. Hosting moves and email setup. Third-party costs such as premium plugin licenses, hosting fees and domain renewals.

The plan keeps your site running and tweaks what is already there. Anything new gets its own quote.

Terms

Choose 1, 2 or 3 sites when you order: $99 a month for one site, $134 for two, or $169 for three. All sites on the plan share the same one hour each month. Every site on the same hosting account needs to be covered, because an unprotected site can reinfect a covered one. For four or more sites, contact me.

Billed monthly and paid up front. Month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Work happens during business hours, Mountain Time.
