Send three logins
Your WordPress admin, your hosting control panel (such as cPanel), and secure file access (SFTP). Database access usually comes through the control panel.
I get to work
Your order goes to the top of my list. I start as soon as I have working access.
Cleanup and lockdown
I remove the malware and backdoors, change every password and key, and harden the site.
Google review
If your site carries a Google warning, I request a review once it is clean.
Your report
You get a short written report of what I found and what I fixed.

If I can't clean it
If I can't clean your site, or I never get access, you get your money back.
If Sitez can't get in
If Sitez doesn't have working access within 48 hours of your order, Sitez refunds your payment in full and closes the order.
30-day reinfection guarantee
If the same infection comes back within 30 days, Sitez cleans it again at no charge. Another cleanup is the only remedy under this guarantee. It does not cover reinfections caused by stolen or shared passwords, problems with your hosting company's servers, or plugins and themes added after the cleanup.
Service terms
By ordering, you confirm that you own this website or are authorized to manage it, and that you have the right to give Sitez the logins it asks for. Before making changes, Sitez takes a backup of the site as it was found when the hosting account allows, or confirms a recent backup already exists. Keep your own backup as well. Sitez's total responsibility for this service is limited to the amount you paid for it, and Sitez is not responsible for lost sales, lost data, downtime or other indirect losses. The 30-day guarantee covers the same infection coming back, and its only remedy is another cleanup at no charge. Sitez does not perform forensic investigations or data breach notices. If card or personal data may have been exposed, you may have legal notification duties, so contact your payment processor. These terms are governed by Colorado law.

How fast do you start?
Malware cleanups get priority, Monday through Saturday, and go to the top of my list. My goal is to have your site clean within 24 hours. I start once I have working access, so sending the three logins quickly is the fastest way to get your site back.
Why do you need my hosting and file logins?
Malware hides in files and in the database, often in places the WordPress dashboard can't see. I need your hosting control panel and secure file access (SFTP) to reach it. I change all passwords and security keys on the site as part of the cleanup.
How long until the Google warning goes away?
I request the review as soon as the site is clean. Google's review can take longer than the cleanup itself, and I can't control that timeline.
My site takes credit card payments. Is that covered?
Yes. Order the same way. If I can't clean your site, or I never get access, you get your money back.
What if it gets hacked again?
If the same infection comes back within 30 days, Sitez cleans it again at no charge. After that, the Sitez Protection and Care plans include malware cleanup for any new infection while you're on the plan.
