We remove the malware and backdoors, change every password and key, and harden the site.
Google review
If your site carries a Google warning, we request a review once it is clean.

What $395 covers
One WordPress site with a contained infection. Some jobs are bigger. Examples include sites that keep getting reinfected, sites that take credit card payments where card data may be exposed, and hosting accounts with several infected sites.
If the job is bigger
We check the scope within the first hour after we have access. If the job is bigger than the flat rate covers, we stop and tell you in writing. You can then take a full refund, or apply your $395 toward a fixed quote for the larger job. Once cleanup work begins, the refund option ends.
If we can't get in
If we don't have working access within 48 hours of your order, we refund your payment in full and close the order.
30-day reinfection guarantee
If the same site gets reinfected within 30 days, we clean it again at no charge. This guarantee does not cover reinfections caused by stolen or shared passwords, problems with your hosting company's servers, or plugins and themes added after our cleanup.
Keep it clean: Care from $99 a month
Once your site is clean, our Care plan keeps it that way. Care includes daily monitoring, updates, backups, an hour of site work each month, and one malware cleanup per year for any new infection that appears while you're on the plan. A site that is already infected needs this cleanup first, and then Care begins.

How fast do you start?
The same business day for orders received by 2 PM Mountain Time. Most cleanups finish within 1 to 2 business days. The clock starts once we have working access, so sending the three logins quickly is the fastest way to get your site back.
Why do you need my hosting and file logins?
Malware hides in files and in the database, often in places the WordPress dashboard can't see. We need your hosting control panel and secure file access (SFTP) to reach it. We change all passwords and security keys on the site as part of the cleanup.
How long until the Google warning goes away?
We request the review as soon as the site is clean. Google's review can take longer than the cleanup itself, and we can't control that timeline.
My site takes credit card payments. Is that covered?
Sites that take credit card payments where card data may be exposed are outside the flat rate and get quoted separately. If you're not sure, order anyway. We check the scope within the first hour, and if it's bigger than the flat rate covers you can take a full refund or apply your $395 toward a fixed quote.
What if it gets hacked again?
If the same site gets reinfected within 30 days, we clean it again at no charge. After that, our Care plan covers one cleanup per year for any new infection that appears while you're on the plan.
