Put AI to work in your business, the practical way.

Mostly for the writing and thinking work that eats an owner's week: drafting emails and quotes, turning notes into a proposal, writing posts and product descriptions, summarizing long documents, and working through a problem out loud. It works best when it knows your business, so the first step is giving it that background once. Treat everything it writes as a first draft you check, not a finished answer.

Anything you would not want stored on someone else's computer. That means passwords and login codes, card and bank numbers, customers' personal details, health information, and anything covered by a confidentiality agreement. Check the privacy settings too, because some plans can use your conversations to improve the product unless you turn that off. The same rules apply to Claude, Gemini and every other assistant.

There is no switch to flip and no guaranteed placement. AI tools build their answers from what they can find and trust about you: a website that clearly says what you do and where, an accurate Google Business Profile, reviews, and consistent listings on other sites. Google draws AI Overviews from pages it already indexes, so the groundwork is the same as regular search: pages Google can crawl, plain text that answers real questions, accurate business details, and structured data where it fits.
