PostHelp, built by Sitez Incorporated

Your social media, written and posted. You just approve it.

PostHelp Calendar drafts your posts in your own voice, you edit and approve them, and it publishes them to your own accounts on schedule. No more pasting the same post into five apps after a long day.

Why I built it

It started with a folder of photos named IMG_1234.

One of my customers, Ged Charette, asked me to handle his social media. He shared a Google Drive folder full of his job photos, and every one had a name like IMG_1234. I could open a photo and see it, but I had none of the story behind it, and that story is what makes a good post.

I knew AI could look at a photo and tell what was going on in it. So I built PostHelp Captions: upload a photo, add a note like "this was Jim and Jane's kitchen and they loved it," and get a post written from both. Then I thought, if it can write one post from a phone, why not run the whole thing? That became PostHelp Calendar. It writes your posts, you edit and approve them, and it publishes them for you.

PostHelp Calendar

Post every week without doing the posting

Anyone can post once. The hard part is posting every week, on every platform, without letting it slide. Calendar drafts a week or a month of posts at a time, waits for your approval, and then publishes each one at the time you picked.

From a Calendar customer

"Just signed up for post help ... I myself am very pleased and grateful for your expertise in this area."

Drafts in your voice

Calendar writes from your saved brand voice, so posts sound like you and not like a template. Edit any draft before you approve it.

A week or a month at once

Sit down once, let Calendar draft the batch, approve it and set the times. See it all on a calendar or work through it as a queue.

Nothing goes out unapproved

Approving is what arms a post. AI can draft it, but it cannot publish it. That click is always yours.

Your accounts, in your name

You connect your own Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, X and YouTube accounts. Disconnect any of them whenever you want.

Video, Reels and Stories

Upload a video once and publish it as a Reel, a Story, a LinkedIn or X video, or a YouTube video. One post can also go to your personal and company LinkedIn at the same time.

An email when it's live

Every time a post goes out, you get an email with a link to it. If a post fails, you hear about that too, instead of finding a gap weeks later.

How Calendar works

Four steps, and you stay in charge of every one

The free plan writes your posts and emails you a reminder when it's time, and you post them yourself. Paid plans publish them for you.

1

Set up your business once

Tell PostHelp your business, your services and the voice you want. Every post builds on it.

2

Calendar drafts your posts

Have it draft a week or a month, or paste in a caption you already wrote.

3

You edit and approve

Change anything you want, pick the platforms and the time, then approve it.

4

It publishes on schedule

The post goes out on your own accounts, and you get an email with the link.

The PostHelp family

More tools for the posts and pictures you need

Each tool works on its own and does one job. The rule I build by is simple: if it helps you create posts, it belongs in PostHelp.

PostHelp Captions

The quick one. One photo or link in, a post for each platform out, in under a minute. Works on your phone.

How it works

  1. Upload a photo from the job, or paste a link to a page you want people to see
  2. Add a note if you want, like "Jim and Jane's kitchen, they loved it"
  3. Get a post for Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
  4. Copy the one you want and paste it into the app
WordPress plugin

PostHelp Images

AI images made, sized and filed inside your own WordPress site. No more ChatGPT, download, resize, upload. I make the images on this site with it.

How it works

  1. Type an idea, and it turns it into an image prompt you can refine
  2. Generate the image at the exact size and shape you need
  3. It converts to WebP, JPEG or PNG and writes the alt text
  4. One click adds it to your media library, ready to use

Works with your own OpenAI key. It isn't packaged for download yet, so ask me if you want it.

PostHelp Reviews

Google reviews, handled in three parts: asking for them, answering them and showing them off.

How it will work

  1. Collect. Send review requests, including a text from your own phone that customers recognize
  2. Respond. It drafts replies in your voice, and anything with a complaint waits for you
  3. Display. Your reviews show on your own website

Every customer gets the same request. PostHelp will never steer only happy customers to Google, because that breaks Google's rules.

Common questions

AI social media post FAQs

Straight answers to the questions business owners ask Google most about AI and social media.

Is there an AI that can create social media posts?

Yes, several. PostHelp is the one I built for small businesses. Captions writes a post from a single photo or link. Calendar drafts a whole week or month of posts from your business profile and saved brand voice. Either way, treat what it writes as a first draft you check and edit, not a finished post.

Is there an AI that can run my social media?

It can do most of the work, but I don't think it should run without you. PostHelp Calendar drafts the posts, holds the schedule and publishes to your accounts, but nothing goes out until you approve it. You stay the one who decides what gets posted under your name.

Is there a free way to post on all social media platforms at once?

Most tools that publish to several platforms charge for it, because each connection costs them money. PostHelp Calendar's free plan writes your posts for one brand and one platform and reminds you when to post them. Paid plans connect your accounts and publish one approved post to several platforms at the same time.

Can you use AI to make social media posts?

Yes. It works best when the post starts from something real, like a photo from today's job, and when you read it before it goes out. Some platforms label images and video made by AI. PostHelp writes the words around your own photos, and you approve every post.

What should I post on my Google Business Profile?

Real work from your own business: finished jobs with a photo, before and after shots, seasonal offers, new services and events. Keep each post short and specific to what you did and where. Captions and Calendar both write posts for Google Business Profile, and Calendar can publish them there for you.

Is it worth posting on Google Business Profile?

For a local business, yes. Your profile is often the first thing people see when they search for you, and recent posts show it's an active business with real work behind it. Google doesn't promise that posts move your ranking, so think of them as keeping your profile current for the people already looking.

What is the 5:3:2 rule for social media posts?

It's a rule of thumb for mixing your posts. Out of every ten, about five share useful content from others, three are your own content that isn't a sales pitch, and two are personal, like your team or the people behind the business. It keeps a feed from reading like a string of ads. For most small businesses, the simpler goal is posting something real every week.

What is the best AI plugin for WordPress?

It depends on the job. For images, I built PostHelp Images so the whole job happens inside WordPress: write the prompt, generate the image at the exact size, convert it, write the alt text and add it to the media library. It works with your own OpenAI key. Ask me if you want to try it.
