One problem, one site, one flat price

Something on your WordPress site is broken and you want it fixed, not turned into a project. Order a One-off Fix and I fix it myself.

How it works

Order the fix and tell me what is wrong. Orders received by 2 PM Mountain Time start the same business day. A One-off Fix covers one problem on one site, about an hour of work.

If a job is bigger, I tell you the price before I start. If we can't agree, you get your money back, no questions asked. Once the work begins, the refund option ends.

Before a malware cleanup, I take a backup of the site when I can, or confirm one already exists.

30-day re-fix guarantee

If the same problem comes back within 30 days, I fix it again at no charge.

What I need from you

A WordPress administrator login. Some fixes, such as a hacked site, also need hosting access.

What's not included

New features, new pages and redesigns get their own quote. Third-party costs such as premium plugin licenses are yours.
